Beautiful Walls accepts most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Diners, JCB, Discover and Paypal.
The payment system we use at Beautiful Walls is called Opayo and all transaction information passed between the website and Opayo is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. This means you can be assured that none of your payment information can be examined, used or modified by any third parties.
Hopefully you'll love everything you buy from Beautiful Walls, but should you want return all or part of your order simply fill in the returns request form below and a member of our team will process that for you. Remember, we can only accept returns provided they are in the original packaging, and are undamaged and in a resellable condition.
Please note wallpaper samples are non returnable. If an item from our website has been made to your specifications (e.g. a mural made to your measurements), or is a 'printed to order item' this item is not eligible for return unless faulty.
If you do find a fault with your wallpaper, please fill in the returns request form describing the fault. We may need you to send back the labels from each roll of wallpaper so please retain these when opening your rolls. We may not need you to return the actual rolls, but please do not throw anything away until we confirm this. Faults may have to be discussed with the wallpaper manufacturer which can take a few days.
Please note, the cost of returning non-faulty wallpaper is the responsibilty of the buyer. We recommend using a reliable parcel service with tracking for your peace of mind. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We are only able to receive returns within 30 days of receipt unless there is a confirmed fault with the product.
